Technical Support: I have been handling customer issues on calls, Live Online Chat Support and through E-mail
support. Issues related to DNS, IP addresses, Domain names, Zone files etc. I have been achieving monthly
production targets and incentive targets.

Networking: Hands-on experience with Router and Switch commands and routing protocols (RIPv2, IGRP, EIGRP,
OSPF etc. ).

* 2- Years experience in M/ s. Dembla Valve Services as a Computer Hardware & Network Engineer.

Trouble shooting, installation, Assembling, LAN and Installation of switch/ hub. Computer assembling,
Installation of software/ hardware, Installation of Switch/ Hub, Setting up and managing LAN. Operating System:
Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows 98.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

* Bachelor of Arts (Mumbai University)
* Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Cisco ID: CSCO11579260
* Advance Diploma Course in Computer Hardware & Networking.
* MCSC (Not certified).
