Synopsis : WGRT (Web Based Get Rate & Transit Times) is a Web application used by global FedEx user to quote the rate of shipments by providing shipment data. The Application fetches and shows the shipment value and Transit Time. Users can ship the quoted shipment with the use of WGRT.

Responsibility :
1 Designing Test case and executing them.
2 Performing the Regression testing, undertaking the documentation of Bugs reports. AED (Add, Edit, Delete).
3 Executing tasks related to Functionality Testing, Localization Testing, Usability Testing and Defect Reporting.
4 Development of automated scripts to have automated components for testing.

Synopsis : Point Of Sale system is a distributed client located in the clients WSC (Worldwide Service Centers) and other locations. This system allows a wide range of functions to be performed that include processing shipments, providing shipping rates, commit dates, hold and release packages as well as selling merchandise items such as boxes, tape guns, etc. Integration of various types of hardware with the POS system like barcode scanners, weighing scales, receipt printers, cash drawers has made it a challenging project to test.

Responsibility :
1 Developed the specific test scenarios/ scripts for the related test activity.

2 Executed the planned test scenarios/ scripts.
3 Reported and Tracked Defects.
4 Escalated outstanding issues to the business.
5 Development of automated scripts to have automated components for testing.

Responsibility : As a Technical Support Engineer, my responsibilities comprised Setting up and trouble shooting various Network products such as wireless and wired LAN cards, Wired and wireless routers, print servers, game adapters manufactured by LINKSYS-USA, an undertaking of CISCO systems. Voice communication based Support was given to American clients.
