Work Experience : Presently Working with Nor tel Networks as:-
PMO & PSI:
Period :- July 02 to till date (from July02 to March03) was deputed as Executive Secretary under Mafoi Consultantss payroll. Thereafter, from March03 under Nortel Networks payroll.

Responsibilities:-
PSI Reporting - Professional Services Intranet Reporting PSI Weekly reports, Monthly Recovery reports, Project Managers Report.
Budget Management Preparing monthly Spending Report and Contractor related spending report tracking. IPR tracking, PO tracking and then forwarding the same for managers approval.
Weekly and Monthly Head Count Reports and updates.
Co-ordinate all travel arrangements including flight, hotel bookings and itineraries.
Vendor Invoice Processing Monthly Processing of Invoices of Sub Contractors/ NPWs.
Prepare and maintain COLs expense report.
Issuing of internal office memos as instructed by the COL
Verifying of invoices for payment before getting COLs approval
Support following activities in PMO.
Scheduling Appointments
Screening of emails, forwarding the same for action and follow-up
Screening telephone calls and responding to queries.
Follow-up within the department to ensure completion of assignments, interacting with various departments and business heads.
Coordinating administrative matters
Arranging Meetings and conference rooms
Understanding of firm policies and the potential to handle certain issues independently

: Worked for Enron India Private Limited,
Mumbai, as Secretary to the Sr. Legal Counsel, Corporate Counsel and also assisted the Company Secretary.

Period: From November 1999 to December 2001 (2years).

Responsibilities:
Performed all Secretarial duties e. g: Travel & hotel bookings, prepare expense reports, check requests for various payments,
Typing agreements/ minutes of the meeting as per instructions given.
Provide support like managing the correspondences for the Legal team by receiving distributing and sending mails, facilitate both internal and external communication, etc.
Maintaining up to date and confidential filing system and making various summary reports.
