The job involves coding and cataloging preparation for 110, 000 items using SHELL CMT software.

The job carried out for NPC project includes the following:

Identify and assign Noun-Modifiers for each item allocated.
Assign MESC Codes.
Prepare missing information to be sent to the site team.
Receiving missing information and ensuring updating into the database.
Responsible for maintaining masters including Characteristics, Vendor, etc.

RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED (ON SITE)
The job involves Material Coding and Cataloguing in SHELL CMT and has handled Mechanical and Electrical items.

The job carried out for RELIANCE project includes the following:

Identify and assign Noun-Modifiers for each item allocated.
Assigning MESC number and association of items are done.
Prepare missing information to be sent to the site team.
Receiving missing information and ensuring updating into the database.
Responsible for maintaining masters including Characteristics, Vendor, etc.

The Shell Petroleum Dev. Co. of Nigeria Ltd (SPDC) & Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd (SEIC) (OFF SITE)

All the material groups received from SPDC & SEIC in excel file is directly imported to E-SPIR database.
The scrutiny on vendor codes are carried out and updated in E-SPIR for each manufacturer, the queries on vendor codes are send to SPDC & SEIC and same as updated in offline E-SPIR after received.
The Equipment manufacturer with part number and Original manufacturer with part number availability for each item should be confirmed by full checking of manufacturer list in E-SPIR, if else it should be get from SPDC & SEIC and updated in off line E-SPIR.
The items are checked in online SAP according to part number wise for spares and material code for formatted generic items. The SAP number is taken down if the items are available already in SAP.
The duplication of SAP code found for some items are send to SPDC & SEIC for approval and one of the SAP code is retained as per confirmation from SPDC.
All the items are formatted to 40 characters abbreviated description as per big rules standards.
The completed SPIRs are exported into ascii file and it has been checked in SAP for back end uploading using transaction code ZMC_ESPIR_CHK. The error message is send to SPDC & SEIC and sought out for backend uploading without any errors.
After completion of above process all the items are send to SPDC & SEIC spir wise for assurance. Then the items are converted in online SAP successfully.

Equipment master.
Identify and assign Equipment TAG No for each item allocated.
Prepare missing information to the plant.

Al-khafji Joined Operation (KJO) in Saudi Arabia (ON SITE)

The job involves Equipment master and Material Coding, Cataloguing in e-STRING and has handled Mechanical and Electrical items.

The job carried out for KJO project includes the following:

Identify and assign Noun-Modifiers for each item allocated.
Prepare missing information to be sent to the site team.
Receiving missing information and ensuring updating into the database.
Equipment master and material master.
Identify and assign Equipment TAG No for each item allocated.
Prepare missing information to the plant.
Receiving missing information and ensuring updating into the database
Prepare Class and characters, Bill of Material.

The job carried out for MLNG project includes the following:

Identify and assign Noun-Modifiers for each item allocated.
Prepare missing information to be sent to the site team.
Receiving missing information and ensuring updating into the database.
The items are checked in on line SAP according to part number wise for spares and material code for formatted generic items. The SAP number is taken down if the items are available already in SAP.
