1. Present :Manufacturing Company-The Largest Manufacturer & Supplier of CPT ( Color Picture Tubes ) in India a flagship company of Samtel Group at Kota (Rajasthan).
2. Previous : Jaiprakash Associates Limited, Cement Division - The Largest Cement Manufacturing Complex at a Single Location in India - a flagship company of Jaypee Group at Jaypeenagar, Rewa ( M. P. )

DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager ( HR )

DETAILS OF EXPERIENCE:
Recruitment & Selections:
Responsible for the full cycle implementation of Recruitment & Selection at different levels.
Manpower Planning at various Levels.
Responsible for effectively monitoring the Manpower Management.
Develop & manage recruitment & selection process in order to have an efficient and cost effective system.
Responsible for recruits & retain managerial & operational talent. Responsible for organizing and conducting interviews.
Developing/ implementing new recruitment/ selection policies as per staffing requirements.
Screening and short listing CVs as per job requirement.
Salary Negotiation.
Preparation & timely submission of Recruitment reports to HoD.
Maintaining the Vacancy Status and Initiating the Recruitment moves to fulfill the same.
Designing Recruitment Advertisements, Co-coordinating with various Consultancies and Ad firms
Organizing/ Conducting Campus Interviews, Walk-in Interviews, Co-ordinating the selection process & Exit Interviews.

Induction & Placement:
Designing, Implementing, Monitoring & Reviewing of Induction Orientation and Placement for New Employees.
Organize and ensure the Induction Process within the Organization for all joinees.
Preparing & Issuing Posting Order.
Preparation of Job Description.
Transfer & Promotion with inputs from Deptt. Heads.

Training & Development:
Responsible for Summer Training activities.
Analyzing the Competency Gap and Identification of Training Needs of the Employees.
Training & Development for New as well as old employees, Apprenticeship Training.
Key role in designing and developing the Training & Development procedures as per ISO: 9001:2000 standard.
Liasioning with various External agencies for organizing and conducting the Training Programmes.
Key role in designing & developing various Training Modules for In House Training Programmes.
Analysis and Evaluation of Effectiveness of Training.

HR Policy/ Manauals:
Draft the HR Policy Manual, Induction & Administrative Manual.
Participate in formulation of new HR Polcy.
To update the HR Policy and Manuals time to time.
Recommended changes or modifications to existing policies.

Performance Management/ Establishment Function
Performance Appraisal of Employees.
Potential Appraisal of Employees in various capacities.
Preparation of Monthly MIS of Recruitment (Personnel & Administration Deptt. ).
Establishment functions like maintaining PIS ( Personal Information System ), Resignation clearance, Settlement procedures etc.
Timely submission of Performance Appraisal Form to all Deptt. and various Project sites.
Follow up with Deptt. Heads and Project In charge for timely submission of Performance Appraisal form to HR Department.
Promotions, Rewards, Transfers of Employees.
Maintaining Employee Relations through various Samiti at Samtel Color Limited.
Proper Counseling of Employees (if required).
Conduct Exit Interviews.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
Introduced written test for general awareness, skill & Writing ability in recruitment process.
Introduced MIS of Recruitment & Establishment.
Introduced Exit Interview format.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Master in Management Studies (MMS) having specialization in HRM (Human Resource Management) & Marketing in the year 2005 from School of Management Studies, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad in Ist Class.
PG Diploma cum Certificate course in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relation from Institute of Human Behavior Development, Chennai in June 2006.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
B. Sc (Biology) from RKMVC College, University of Calcutta, Kolkata (W. B. ).
12th from K. V. No. - 2, Refinery Nagar, Mathura (U. P. ).
10th from K. V. No. - 3, Mathura (U. P. ).
