Handling all nature of works involving Secretarial, Conducting meeting preparation Minutes, Handling incoming faxes distributing to concern person & outgoing faxes, sending emails & receiving emails. Preparation of Quotation, Preparation of delivery schedules of materials.

Preparation of Tendering Quotations, Preparation of Memos, Preparation of Purchase Order, Preparation of Payment, Preparation of submittal, and weekly reports & monthly reports, Preparation of Yearly Budget schedule monthly basis, Preparation of estimation monthly records.

Preparation of pre-qualification file, Preparation of Organization chart, Preparation of banking correspondence daily basis, preparation of monthly breakdown schedule according to invoice, preparation of monthly time sheets, Reservation of Tickets and Hotels, phone calls attending, Assisting Administration works, message passing on, Office Management, computer operation etc.

Supervision of all departments, Drafting letters and typing, Informing MD the day to day activities of the office, Sending and checking E-mails, Expertise in Computer operations and internet use. Looking after MD's all personal works, Other Miscellaneous work. Taking care of entire Front office Operations, Handling calls on EPBX, couriers/ visitors/ guest hospitality.
