NETWORK MONITORING & PROVIDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR WIMAX, DSL & METRO-E OPERATION

Maintaining of DSLAMS (Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer) and other DSL Related Equipments.

Designing the network DSLAM and DDSLAM

Configuring the Channel and Links using Metasolv

Configure the VOIP Device

Working in TCP/ IP, DNS, DHCP, PPPOE/ A

Trouble Shooting DHCP, DNS, outlook express and LAN network
Monitoring and troubleshooting the Ericson switches like ECN 320, ESN 108, EDN 312p setups using Port Ethernet Manager (PEM)

Configuring ADSL Routers and Modems

Managing objects with Web based Interface- POS

Support for field engineers and customers (NOC)
Responsible for 99% uptime of the network
