Description : MOJ is a justice domain Application. It is complete solution for judiciary department. This Project Contains modules like MAM, LRM, JJU, CMM etc. MAM is Mail Management Module in the MOJ Project. This section defines the types of users who are going to access this application. Following are the types:
Clerks ( Users who inward/ dispatch the mails and
allocates/ reallocates)
Employees of MOJ (Actual Users of who would reply to the mails
And record the resolution)
Section Head ( Supervisor of the Section or Head of Section )
Administrator (Super Users)
Inward clerk inwards the letters/ mails received and allocates generally to the section/ department. Concern department head would assign to the concern employee to attend the issue. While assigning the Section Head would attach each mail item to a service request. In case the service request is not existing, new service request would be created and then the concern mail item would be attached to the service request.
Subsequently also, Section head can attach the mails received at subsequent date. Section head would be in a position to allocate to any other section at any given point of time. While reallocating the section head has to provide the reasons for reallocating. On receipt of the mail item, Employee would respond to the item. This would lead to marking the mail item as in progress. Employee would do the follow up while attending the mail item. However having follow up activity is not mandatory for each mail item. In case a document needs to be attached, Employee would in a position to attach scanned documents.
Employee assigned would be closing the issue by marking the item closed and can attach the support documents. Clerk at reception section would handle the dispatch function also. Clerk at dispatch function would record the items that are being sent. There should be a provision to provide access to the other section heads for a selected service request item. This would be only view authorization.
