Description:
The project involves automation of data conversion process. This involved the following phase.
1. Data collection
2. Data conversion
3. Putting converted data online.
4. Versioning process.
The collection process collects documents from the WEB/ FTP servers using web/ ftp pull scripts. These collected documents may be PDF, html, word, XML etc that needs to be processed through various functions to convert it into vendor-proprietary online publishable format using various conversion scripts. The output generated are put Online. The versioning process is to keep track of the versions of scripts.
Our job is to develop and maintain these collection and conversion scripts as per the process architecture and conversion specifications to automate the whole process. This involves extensive analysis of the requirements, inputs and also the technologies on which the existing processes are built.

Event Stands for Event Management for IFRC organization. Application deals with all the Event Management process to be carried out by IFRC. Which includes Hospitality, Organizing events, Conducting meetings, Delegate & Association Management, Hotel Management.

Catalog
Catalog Section is the heart of the entire eCommerce application. It is used for setting up the Store. A variety of items can be added and/ or edited viz, Products, Brands, Product editing or Batch editing, Product Categories etc. to name a few of them. Catalog section has product dashboard.

Content:
The Content Management section is responsible for all content management operations like Custom pages, Custom columns of website, Email templates, Categories' templates.

Orders:
Order management section of eCommerce. It shows orders pending for Approval, orders pending for payments, orders on hold, completed orders.

People:
The People section is used to create and manage different Users, Groups, Vendors, Manufacturers, Affiliates etc. at the Administration side. Users are assigned different roles or Groups which have a specific set of permissions or rights.

Reports:
This is Reports section of eCommerce. Here all types of reports generated.
