BERGER PAINTS (I) LTD

Arranging all types of RM (Raw Materials) as per requirement of Production Plan. These include Raw Materials for Resin, Additives, Emulsions (indigenous as well as imported), Extenders, Pigments and various types of Packing Materials.
Maintain minimum level of R. M, set Re-order level so that stock-out situation never arises. Procure R. M such a way so that production doesnt hamper and achieve Monthly Target.
New Vendor Development, Rate negotiations keeping the objective of organisation in mind. Reduce cost as well as dependency on single vendor.
Co-ordinate with Corporate Planning as and when plan changes as per the market need accordingly change the plan for call-ups to get Raw Material.
Study on the inter suppliers variance on Monthly Basis for cost variance.
Annual R. M projection with quarterly break-up.
Statutory requirement in terms of Excise Sales Tax
Logistics of incoming RM.
