August 2009 to Present : Serving as a Factory Manager in M/ s Arrow General Supplies & Service Company at Afghanistan, Kabul with prime responsibility of Smooth running of factory as well as defining tracks for Continual Growth & Enhanced Productivity through customized MBO Techniques and Periodic Review with aids of Operation Approaches and Statistical Tools and Techniques.

2009 to July 2009 : Worked as Freelance Consultant Extending Technical Supports in Technical Problem-solving, Management Training of Staff and Workmen and Developing Strategy and Policy Formulation for sustained holistic growth of Organization.

April 2007 to July 2009 : Attached with UNDP Project for CTC Phase-out Mission as Carbon Tetra Chloride (CTC) singled out and proven as one of the most deleterious agent as Ozone Depleting Substance affecting Ozone Layer in contract with Gasellschaft fr Technische Zusammenarbeit i. e. German Technical Cooperation (GTZ International), Germany, as a Consultant with an overall responsibility for Defining methodology for data collection, mapping of industry sectors and devising suitable strategy and subsequent implementation of very strategic points leading to effective implementation of Project resulting phasing out of CTC, Organizing sessions for Capacity building through ToT, Dissemination of Information about substitutes and approaches to target groups through Seminars, Workshops and suitable channels of communication.

2006 to 2007 : Served the 100% EOU of JJ Spectrum Silk Ltd., a unit of JJ Exporters Limited, Gangarampur, West Bengal, India as a Manager (Quality Assurance & Coordinations) with an overall responsibility for Developing a coordinated Techno-commercial Monitoring Parameters and base leading to tangible growth and successes of the Organization, Provide Technical inputs into Exploring Use of New Fibre, Development of Novel Products with and without Silk in combinations as well as to Provide Statistical Insights and Analytical Study base to Quality Management System.

2005 to 2006 : Served the Composite Worsted and PV Manufacturing Unit of BSL Ltd., an integral part of LNJ Group of Companies, Bhilwara, Rajasthan, India as a Dy. Manager (Quality Assurance) with an overall responsibility for Exploring Use and Application of Nanomaterials to Textiles as well as to Provide Statistical Insights, Management Perspectives and Study base to Quality Management System.

2000 to 2005 : Served the Composite Worsted and Shoddy processing unit of Spinners & Spinners Limited, Ruiru, Kenya as a Quality Assurance Manager with overall responsibility of Designing and Developing a Statistically Analytical Model of Operating Systems based on experience data and Operations Approaches. The Worsted section is equipped with facilities for Processing Acrylic Fibres to varied qualities of Upholstery Fabrics; Furnishing Materials as well as manufacturing of Sweaters whereas the Shoddy section includes contemporary technology for the conversion of Waste Materials into Valuable Blankets of self-appeal and distinct charm.

1997 to 2000 : Served the Composite Worsted unit of Digjam Woollen Mills, Jamnagar, India as a T. Q. M. Officer responsible for the Implementation and Monitoring of Quality Assurance System leading and guiding towards excellence in Operating Practices and Product Quality through Continual Improvement in consistence with the spirit of ISO 9001. The unit is equipped with state-of-the-art technology of converting various grades and fineness of Wool and Synthetic Fibres; in solo or in combination; into Suiting Materials of distinct worth and lustrous appeal.
