I Abhijit Das[B. Tech07], am working for Sterling Communication Ltd in Communication Tower Project of Wireless TATA Tele Info Services Ltd. [WTTIL] fom 17TH March07 to till now.

Playing key role in building the Infrastructure of a cell site and make it suitable for installation of BTS, Transmission System, Antennas etc.
Conducting the civil work, starting from site marking to the foundation of Tower, DG, Shelter etc.
Team & Time management for Shelter, Tower errection and all the necessary work properly.
Planning of suitable electrical wiring, earthing and all the safety measures.
Implementation of plan and Interaction with all sorts of Vendors (Tower, DG, Stabilizer, Shelter, AC & Fire Alarm) for Delivary, Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance and handling over to client.
Quality Inspection, coordination with 3rd party agency as per predefined specifications.
Solving out the landlords problems and local issues through negotiation.
Handling over the site to our client, clearing all drawbacks with satisfactory result.
