My work experiences covers the field of Packaging Research & Development, Quality Control, Materials Management, Marketing & Sales Management, Inventory Control, Purchase & Production of Packaging Materials. I started my carreer in VFC Ltd. as Packaging Technologist and had done research work in packaging in their Packaging R & D Centre ( JPSRF ); also developed Quality Control System in M/ s. VFCs Flexible Packaging Unit. In Sigma Inc., I had done lot of work on Inventory Control and established a System of Inventory Control in Flexible packaging. In India Foils Ltd., I had actively participated in establishing an On-line Process Control System in Flexible Packaging, In Polar Latex Ltd. besides the regular activity of development, purchasing and procuring of Packaging Materials, I had developed alternative export quality flexible packaging materials for condoms. Also done cost reduction in packaging In A & R Packaging I was looking after the Marketing of Flexible Packaging Materials, Lined (Ceka) Cartons and Packaging Machinery. Also I was looking after the development of new business and technical services in Flexible Packaging. In Paharpur 3P I was looking after the Marketing, Technical Services of Flexible Packaging Materials & I was the Head of Kolkata Branch office. In Organon (India) Ltd., I had looked after the Purchase of Packaging Materials and also the Development of New & Export Quality Packaging Materials & Vendors, implementation of Cost Reduction Plan, making Budget for Packaging Materials, Setting S. O. Ps & Specifications related to Packaging Materials In Organon I was conversant in working in the Computerised E. R. P/ B. P. C. S. System. In Emami I have looked after the development of Packaging Materials especially for the products which are being exported by the company. In Suddha Lamicoat I am working as the Business Head (CEO) of the Flexible Packaging Manufacturing Unit for FMCG Clients.
