Assisting in HR & Admin Function, like recruitment, joining formality, Induction & Orientation, Attendance, housekeeping, canteen and transportation.
Arranging the Interview, Coordinate with the Consultants, Handle the Whole interview Process.
Taking care of all administrative functions for conducting the interview such as reimbursements for traveling expenses, maintaining records of interviewees, etc.
Complete the All joining Formalities like Fill up the Joining Forms, Inductions, and Send Data to the HO of the Candidate to run the Payroll, Make and Managing the Personal File of the Candidates.
Responsible for making arrangements for training programmes, Daily production meetings, CEO & Foreign Investors Plant visits.
Arranging the facilities for the new joinee like Accommodation, Food, Transportation, etc.
Facilities management, disciplinary actions, Ticket booking, vehicle arrangements.
Providing Helping hand to HR Executive for Staff Welfare functions like Medical Claim & Insurance Policy.
Processing and verification of contractors bills for bills payments.
Administration works like canteen facilities, housekeeping, Transportation, Safety, etc.
Handling day-to-day queries of the staffers.
