Secretarial works for typing, filing and photocopying for all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Typing correspondence, both internal and external memos.
Coordinates with other internal department for company requirements.
Handling and updating the company profile.
Handling busy switchboard (Telephone), fax and scanning machine.
Attending to telephone calls for the Manager, receives and conveys message received in his absence.
Maintaining proper electronic filing and coordinates with the next station to ensure that all correspondence and documents are preserved in the proper files and can be easily retrieved.
Handling the e-mails incoming and outgoing and also handling website.
Helps the Quality Engineer to ensure that QA mechanisms are applied, measured, reviewed and audited all in accordance with ISO 9001:2000
Preparing the Monthly petty cash and reporting to the Management.
Keep the Team Leaders calendar and co-ordinate appointments and Meetings.
Prepare Notices of Meetings along with Agenda for the Board of Managers.
Write the Minutes of the Meeting in the Minute Book of the Company
Tackle day to day office problems.
