Responsible for Testing of Lease Line Modems and ISDN
Commissioning and implementation of WAN network by LL.
Testing and troubleshooting of ISDN and LL.

Leased Line and ISDN, Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Providing Support to Leased Line Field Engineers
Operating and troubleshooting 64 Kbps and 2 Mbps Leased Line Modems. (RAD, Attrie, Key Mile, Loop and Tellabs)
Designing Networks for Leased Line Clients, It includes WAN and also LAN in some cases.
Providing implementation Support and maintenance support on Scalable solutions based on Leased Line, Such as Channelized E-1.
Providing backup solution based on ISDN lines, which included BRI and PRI Lines.
Troubleshooting Leased Line and ISDN line through Router and BERT Meter.

First Level Support on Cisco Router
Providing primary level support on Cisco Router (1700, 2500, 2600, 3750, 7200 Series)
Troubleshooting Leased Line and ISDN lines through debugging in Routers
Troubleshooting routing related problems.
