I have been working with Heinz India pvt. Ltd (Aligarh) (manufacturer of Complan, Glucon D, Nicil and Heinz Ketchup) since June 2006.
Responsibilities
In Retail Packaging unit:-I was maintaining quality of the products, meeting the demands and best utilization of man power. (For First 6 months)
In Procurement: -
I am working as Milk Procurement Officer. We are maintaining quality, quantity and price of the milk. Also man power utilization at milk collection centers. As a team we are handling around 36 Milk Collection centers and procuring around 3 to 5 lac lit of milk as per demand of the company.
We also find new vendors and develop them to provide us milk, transportation facility, regular ice supply and man power.
We also develop new milk centers and develop according to the companies demand.
We also make sure that all our venders are getting proper payment for their services at proper time.
We also give proper feed back to company about market i. e. new developments, price change etc.
