Project Management and QA Tester: Managed entire project consisting of 200 resources. My responsibilities were as follows

1) To ensure that all deliverables are submitted in time and as per Accenture Quality Standards,
to reduce escalations.

2) To send out reports to Client and Accenture leads, To facilitate communication between
Client and Company.

3) To Define processes so that the development cycle is as per Service Level Agreements and Design model.

4) Functional Testing of Web applications as well as SAP Objects.

5) Preparing High Level as well as Technical Documents as per Client requirements.

6) Defining processes and policies within the organization to meet challenging delivery deadlines and
help streamline everyday business transactions

People developer and Value Creator: Developed Career Development Program (CDP) for over 4000 resources working in Solutions Workforce of the company. This program was designed to increase the domain and technical knowledge of participants and to build various assets for the company.
