Currently responsible for Quality and Analysis of Payroll cases (Effective Dec 2008) using the recent methodologies and Payroll query reports falling in the following verticals:

XBack office & Intermittent Spreadsheets Got the opportunity to kick start the Termination (Separation) process for Cardinal Process.
Knowledge of calculating the Final payments & updation of People Soft according to the data of the terminated EE..
Resolution of Separation queries through Siebel.
Responsible for Queries done during Payrun in People soft 8. 9 for terminated Employees.
Responsible for the Post-termination payments to the employee.
Knowledge of processing bi-weekly, Weekly, Monthly payroll run for employees, which included retro pay, vacation pay, bonuses (BIT, sign-on, Board, Supplemental Income), garnishments (CS, others), new hires, benefit deductions, deferred compensation, direct deposit etc.
Assisted HR-Manager with multiple HR projects. Reconciled monthly benefits invoices, payments, and other transactions to ensure proper maintenance for all benefit accounts.
Knowledge of processing New Hires, setting up of Taxes & Deductions, Direct Deposit, Retro pay etc.
Knowledge of handling escalations thru Siebel & Outlook mails.
