Presently Managing the EDP department of M/ S Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries Ltd. And sitting at Daryaganj, Delhi. And looking and controlling the following set up.

Delhi Office : Two server Database server on Windows server 2000,
Email Server Netcore on Centos
40 desktop, ERP Modules running Sales, Purchase, finance & payroll.

Bahadurgarh : Two server Database server, Citrix application server
Factory 20 desktop, ERP Modules running Sales, Gate entry, Store, Qc & Plant Maintenance

Bahadurgarh server is connected to Delhi office by leased line as WAN.

Keshwana : One server Database server,
Factory 10 desktop, application running Sales, Store, Plant Maintenance.

Achievements:

In Delhi office ERP is running last five year but Finance module had not implemented when I joined here takes it as a challenge and it has got implemented and running live.

Plant & Maintenance Module implemented in Keshwana, Factory.

Responsibility

a. Independently manage hardware and software consultants for various functional supports like procurement of new Hardware, Software and AMC Finalization.
b. Assigning job responsibility to the staff according to their work area. Here I am working with team size of five employee.
c. Coordination with various users and functional department for new requirements and work planning.
d. Involve in User training/ education etc.
e. Reporting to Director and President of the company.

Dy. Manager(EDP)
Served in M/ S Atlas Cycles Haryana Ltd., Sahibabad(UP) over a decade from 1991 to Nov2008.

Achievements in ERP Under Oracle & D2k
In the Year 2005 Migrate Oracle7. 3 to 10g and Forms 4. 5, Reports 2. 5 to 6i on top of Linux and add new modules Production, Plant Maintenance and Export on the new Server.
In the year 2000 Oracle73 base customizes ERP implemented in D2K Front end Forms 4. 5 and report 2. 5 on top of Unix. Module implemented Sales & Mktg, Purchase, Store, Inventory, F/ A, HRD & Payroll.

Achievements in Cobol
In the year 1992 I Joined ATLAS, Sahibabad as a programmer at the time of Joining this Unit, the unit was almost working on manual system. I was fully involve in Design, Code writing, system implementation with the functional department and all the department like sales, Purchase, Store, accounts and Payroll got Computerized under COBOL and Foxbase on top of ScoUnix.
Develop and implemented Counter Sale invoice for M/ S Jankidas dept. store, Connaught Place New Delhi and Sale Invoice, F/ A application for Atlas Head office Delhi under Cobol.

Other Achievements
Implemented SMS software and link with Sales Module under Oracle Database.
Implemented Time office System and link with payroll module under Oracle Database.
Supervise and Implemented Networking of whole factory and office with structured cabling Rack, Jack Panel, Router, Switch, Wireless and other equipments.
Implemented new website for this unit.
Mail server implementation under Linux through postfix utility.
