Detailing of basic drawings.
Design and detailing of base plate & foundation bolts for pellet plant units.
Positioning the units of integrated steel plant according to site condition by providing roads, railway lines in plant layout by using Auto Cad.
Preparing Structural Bill of Quantity & Bill of Material for whole Pellet Plant.
Conversion of structural Chinese section to Indian STD section by considering as per design
Preparation of Scheduling (Gantt charts) for various units of steel plant by using SAP & Primavera.
Preparing the technical & commercial comparative statement of offers received for various units of steel plant.
Involved in many technical discussions with vendors and consultants for finalizing and ordering the various technological equipments.
Checking rolling margin for steel section unloaded in site.
Coordinating with contractor (GDCL) and supervising the fabrication and erection of ducts, hoppers, silos and columns at site.
