SAP Knowledge:

Production Planning
Implementation of the standard functionality of the PP module. Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order environment. Work experience includes the following PP sub-modules: Sales & Operation Planning, Demand Management, MRP, Production Orders, and Product Costing. Analysis and configuration of PP Master Data including Material Master, Work Centers, BOM, Routing and CAPP. Other areas: Inter-Plant Planning, Sub-Contracting. Duties performed included analyzing business requirements, carrying out fit-gap analysis, process design, customization, and resolution of bugs with ABAP programmers. Preparation and presentation of new concepts and solutions to senior management

Material Management
Detailed knowledge of purchasing, material files, and stock handling processes.
Work experience includes the following MM sub-modules:
Inventory Management, Purchasing, Vendor Evaluation and Physical Inventory.

Quality Management
Manage master data for quality planning, Support for inspection planning
Process inspection lots, select task lists, calculates samples and print shop papers for inspections Provides inspection results in the form of characteristic values, defect data and texts Handles usage decisions, stock postings, and follow-up actions,
Integrates planning and work scheduling, Manages quality inspections for manufacturing orders, Handle in-process inspections - results recording for specific operations within production, Trigger final inspection upon goods receipt from production, Manage partial lots of a material during production that differ in quality and assign partial lots to batches, Confirms quality and quantity information for production orders, Manage problems during production using quality notifications and by processing corrective tasks
Project Management
Working knowledge of creating different kind of profiles such as, WBS elements, Network and their Activities, cost planning and budgeting. Creation of Project Definition, Creation of WBS (Work breakdown Structure).

Abap
Working knowledge of link up between database tables. Uploading of legacy data into SAP. Creation of LSMW, Abap query.
