On job Responsibilities:
Spot Selection of cotton : - Selection and purchase of cotton from various zones
Salem Zone of Tamilnadu - Suvin, DCH 32.
Ahamadabad/ Rajkot - S6, V797.
Maharastra/ M. P. zone. - H4, LRA, BB, MECH.
Instructing and guiding for ginning, pressing and dispatching of bales.
Proposing mixing at mixing point
Collecting stock position of all the unit mills.
Collecting cotton/ PSF/ VSF requirements from all the unit mills.
Placing offer for required varieties to various cotton vendors.
Follow up of the deliveries, cotton receipts in the unit mills.

Other Responsibilities

Maintaining cotton register.
Reconciliation of cotton account with parties.
Handling all types of correspondence and preparing Board Notes.
In addition to above I have successively control waste sale & yarn sale activities at mill level as marketing in charge.
