Project includes the interior and outer design and modeling for all the classes of railways. In this project, for specially interior, we use plastic alloys instead of regular material iron which is more powerful than iron and fire proof and it also provides good looks. In this project, so much precaution was taken as from structure to seats only reference dimensions were provided and we have to build whole coach with care of that dimensions only.

In this project, we worked on a beam, which is used to support the floor for seating arrangement and the drainage pipe line passing through the centre of the beam in BOWING 747.
Generally, a beam made up of 12-20 corrugated metal sheets, 2-4 backup fittings, 2-4 penetration plates and 2 end fittings weld together by using gas tungsten arc welding. My job is to modify the beam as per the requirement and made its process drawings.
Project includes Design and Detailing for Further Processes of Aero plane floor beam like Laser Beam Welding Output, Water Jet Cutting Output, and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Output in Boeing.
