Work Experience:

Worked as Technical Support Executive (T. S. E) in Brigade Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. from March 12th 2007 to January 4th 2009.

Job Responsibilities :

As a member of the technology team was responsible for identifying and resolving network and user level problems on a priority basis in an online E-mail process environment.

Supported users on access permissions, providing technical solutions to the customers on desktop level process includes providing technical solutions, Shipping of the parts, escalation of cases and mainly concentrating on Customer satisfaction and Total problem resolution.

My scope of support mainly concentrates on Desktop level. Since, we are taken under the Desktop Email Process as a Technical Support Executive we have to support Desktop PCs. However, my nature of work includes providing solutions to all type of issues relating to PC. Here we are supporting to HP Pavilion Desktops.

Project Work:

PC BASED SENSOR OUTPUT DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM. This project deals with the measurement of electrical output of airborne sensors by using parallel port of printer interface of PC.
