Details :The Hartford Financial Services Group is one of the largest investment and insurance companies based in the United States.
It is a leading provider of investment products annuities, mutual funds, college savings plans as well as life insurance, group
and employee benefits, automobile and homeowners' insurance, and business insurance. Accenture's Claim Components software automates
business processes in the claims-handling process.

This software allows users to conduct core claims transactions through the use of Web services and
helps insurers to integrate their systems with heterogeneous back-end systems.

Responsibilities & Activities :
Creating code modules using the Microsoft. NET framework according to the specification documents and unit test that code.
Working with the Application Architect during the construction process so that the modules conform to technical architecture guidelines.
Identifying and acting upon functional and technical design and application design/ functionality improvements as directed by the Application Team Lead.
Assisting in the identification, assessment and resolution of application issues and defects.
Delivering configuration as per quality standards and on time.
Resolving testing issues and fix defects as part of Fix-It Team
Phase containment of defects
Writing assembly test scripts and executing them successfully.
Translating functional requirements into high level architecture/ design
Writing Performance test scripts and executing them successfully.
Organize meetings and share the knowledge base between the team members.
Developed an application called LOCALTR which is used by the resources to submit the timesheets on a weekly basis. This assessment tool helps to find out different measures like schedule variance, performance metrics which are used for assessment of performance of resources and the team.
