Project : Maintenance & Implementation of State Bank Of India Connect (Core Banking) LAN/ WAN project, IP telephony & Anti virus (Symantec) install & manage to Server & Clients in SBI Connect including BSWAN Project of Bihar State Government (Connecting Block Offices, Sale Tax Offices, Jail & civil court).

Position : Customer Support Engineer ( Field )
Responsibilities: Responsible for uptime & Maintained of the North-East Bihar region lease line (2MB, CH E1, 128 kbps, 64 kbps), ISDN line (PRI line, BRI line), PSTN in short uptime of WAN link, VSat connectivity.

Responsible for emergency support to the Customer, communication between Managers & Global service centre, includes 24-hours support.

Responsible for New commission of lease line in client places, Telephone Exchange & Micro Wave, configuration of router, Maintained creating database of different information.

24 hr. touch with Global Service Centre about different WAN link down & to restore the link in short time.

Responsible for coordinate with State Bank & Bsnl (ISP) for connectivity problem. Visit to resolve the problem if required.

VSAT configuration and maintenance in client places.

Responsible for Virus related issue in SBI network both Server & Clients and latest patches.

Responsible for Block Office, Sale Tax Office, Jail & civil court Link restore both 2MB & Local Line.

The Project : To Ensure smooth functioning of Core Banking system in SBI i. e. Wide area Networking and Local area network. (Lease line, Isdn Line, Pstn & VSAT). Maintenance of different series of Cisco Routers, switches, IP telephones. To resolve Block Office, Sale Tax Office, Jail & civil court link problem both 2MB & Local line.

Hardware : Cisco Router (3800, 2600, 1800, 1700 Series), switches (3550, 2950 Series). Different types of Lease Line Modem, NTU, NT1 Devices, IP Telephone (7910, 7911, 7912 Series).

Operating Systems : Windows 2000 Server, Windows XP.
