Description:

Advanced Universal Workstation is a conversion project from the existing coolgen environment to the browser based front end used by the Citigroup Customer Support executives for maintaining and customer support for the Citigroup customer. The existing UWS coolgen application doesnt support windows vista OS. To overcome this crisis new Front-end application AUWS is designed using J2ee technologies. This is used for the customers like Prospectus Customer (new customer details), Individual customer, and Corporate Customer. It is used for operations like linking the various accounts through relationship number of the customer, and all non financial transaction banking related operations such as knowing the account information, quick balance, finance, profile, cheque book request, stop payment etc. All the information about the individual and corporate customer is enquired through greeting the customer by TPIN so as to authenticate and authorize the customer to protect the customer information.
