Experience in Project Coordination, Procurement, Erection and commissioning of 204m2 Sinter Plant (Second Unit) at Vijayanagar works, Toranagallu, Bellary Dist.
Was part of a competitive team responsible for the erection and commissioning of Sinter plant-2 in 14 months from the date of commencement of civil works (Excavation).
Executed daily operations of planning and organizing the work schedule, prepare assembly drawings, detailed part drawings, fabrication drawings enlisting Part Numbers, Weight, total numbers, Civil Drawings such as Site Plan for various projects, foundation drawings.
Was given the responsibility of the erection and commissioning of 204m2 Traveling grate Sinter machine, Sinter breaker, hydraulic releasing device and related equipments.

Prior to the erection vendor selection for manufacturing of the technological structure, and related fabrication jobs were carried out. Erection schedule for all the equipments were carried out.

Material and manpower management i. e necessary man power and tools and tackles required for the completion of a job.

Responsible for reducing dust level at workplace by providing an extra dust extraction system (Bag Filter) in addition to the Electro static precipitator based dust extraction system. Due to the bifurcation of the dedusting system into two systems the efficiency of both the system were high, hence the dust level at site was drastically reduced.

Also took part in technical discussion for offer finalization for Electro static precipitator, Sinter machine, Sinter cooler, Mixing and Nodulising drum, Soft and raw water pumps, screw compressors, double roll crusher, screens, ID fans, multicyclone, Bag Filters, softening plants, Belt Conveyors, Weigh feeders and other equipments for Sinter Plant.

Vendor follow-up for quick delivery of the equipments so as to prevent any idle time at erection site because of non availability of the above.

Inspection of the equipments before dispatch.

Coordinated activities of department with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economy.

Gave work directions, resolved problems, prepared schedules and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.

Prepared reports and records on department activities for management.

Establish and Improve customer satisfaction and equipment utilization.

Currently part of Sinter Plant#3 (498 sq m). Going to be the largest Sinter Plant (Data as per Outotec Germany)
