Basic set ups in Oracle HRMS that includes setting up of Key Flex fields for jobs, positions, grades, competencies etc, Descriptive Flex fields, Extra Information Types and Special Information Types.
Work Structures of Oracle HRMS module that includes setting up of Organization models to suit current & future objectives of the clients organization.
Setting up of Multi Organizational Structure that includes creation of Business Group, Legal Entities & Operating Units and Organizational Hierarchy.
Creating Payroll, Pay elements, Payment methods and assigning elements to payroll and employees. Running the Payroll processes like Payroll run, Prepayments, and Post run process.
Configuring The Self Service HRMS as per the Requirement.
Configuring the total Recruitment cycle through I Recruitment.
