HRIS Administrator of the applicant tracking system developed using Microsoft SharePoint that will be used for tracking the resumes of people who have applied in the company and which can be later used by the company to search for the people with the relevant degree and experience to hire them. It is also used as the HRIS of the company. Maintaining & controlling the database of employees. This form is to be filled in by every employee who is leaving the company for any reasons. As and when an Employee leaves conduct an exit interview to find out the reasons why he/ she is quitting. On a monthly basis list down the number of people who quit, position wise and level wise. Indicate the areas where the outflow is clearly on higher side. Add in the qualitative comments registered during the exit interview conducted.
Performance Review To conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys & HR Audits periodically.
