Project description :
In this research project the primary objectives is to identify the opportunities for the development through E-commerce and sources hindrances which are present.
What are the areas where e-commerce help in the development for the rural areas. what are the legal and taxation framework for e-commerce in India.
Findings:
a. India is lacking in proper legal system to tackle E-commerce related legal issues.
b. Tax reforms related to E-commerce are lacking
c. Application like e-business and e-learning needs immediate attention these are the two areas, which can help the country enormously.

Project 2.

Study of ERP market in Indian SMEs

Team: Independent Duration: 3 months

Project description :

Understand the demand for an ERP solutions in small and medium business vertical in India.
Medium enterprises experiences & key concerns while opting out for the ERP solutions.
Key challenges faced which forces SME to opt for an ERP solutions.

Findings:
Overall as per survey done, majority of the Indian market share is enjoyed by SAP and then there are competitors, which includes ORACLE, MICROSOFT and Indian player like BAAN, RAMCO etc.
