Currently employed with a Trading Company as Manager Administration in Muscat Sultanate of Oman since February 2004. Last Assignment was with M/ s Sanfield India Limited as a Office Executive Administration since June 1998.

Up-keeping Daily Office correspondences,
Plan, Direct and Coordinate with Executives for fixing appointments for meeting with customers and suppliers,
Managing daily operations,
Looking after Hotel & Airlines booking for the clients,
Taking care of Purchases & invoicing,

Co-ordinating with the Branch offices and other work force in the interiors.
Handling Personnel & Administration Department jobs, i. e. dealing with Labour formalities, Visas, Passports, Lab our Cards, Road Permits, Insurance and its follow-up.
Co-ordinating with P. R. O. for obtaining Labour Clearances, Labour cards, Employment Agreements, Employment Visa, Family Visas, Visit Visas of the Staffs, updating of Passports, renewal of Company Registrations etc
