Responsible for implementation of planograms at bigger format stores in South 1 zone [Tamil Nadu & Kerala] and West zone [Maharashtra, Gujarat and Karnataka]
Part of the team to discuss and finalise the merchandise guidelines and display logic according to the trend and shoppers shopping behaviour.
To interact with merchandisers and operations in getting necessary inputs like store layout, working out on the category space allocation, designing the category flow as per the logic and that suits best for the store and arriving at the final master that the store has to carry.
Periodic assistance to the Category Space Management team in designing the planogram as well as re-working on the created planograms.
Giving better inputs and ideas to the business to display the range of products.
Training the operations team in detail about planogram, implementation procedures and maintenance methods to get the best results.

Work profile:

Controlling Tamil Nadu and Kerala states business of FMCG, Bakery, Chilled & Frozen and Home, Work & Play with the respective regional merchandisers reporting to self.
Responsible for topline and bottomline at the zone.
Identify new business possibilities within the identified sub-categories and drive the sales.
Improve the sales through constant monitoring of fill rates of top 20 companies.
Identify the possible space selling points at each store in both the states and sell the space to companies at a price.
Cleaning of master through assortment periodically to carry only the required range.
