1. Maintaining Network Services at DELHI POP-Provide 99% Network uptime, maintenance for various Clients like Airport Authority of India(AAI), Air Deccan, Indigo, Airlines, HSIL, PEPSI, ONIDA, IIPM, Bank of Rajasthan, GATI, ITC, Easy Bill, Apollo Tyres, LG etc.
2. Maintaining the Data Center for these Clients at Delhi POP.
3. Installation, troubleshooting, monitoring, testing of various DS3 lines, Lease lines with various speeds between 64 kbps to 45 Mbps using Nortel 1800 RAS, Passport 7480, Cisco Routers, CTC Converter and modems and also MLDN links.
4. Co-ordination with other POPs/ branches/ vendors/ telecom services provider to solve VPN issues.
5. Working with Copper/ OFC/ switch Media with BHARTI, RELIANCE, PGCIL, RAILTEL & BSNL, Power Grid Corp. Of India Ltd.
6. Running 24/ 7*365 operations at Delhi POP and maintaining more than 99% Network uptime.
7. Maintaining Entire T1-POP connectivity for Networking Equipments including- Routers, Switches, RAS, ATM, MODEMS, Jack Panels and Racks.
8. Monitoring all gateway links, VPN Links and Backbone links through CMS (WAN Monitor).
