Mr. Swaroop Naik has around 14 years of Functional experience of which 08 years are in Information Technology (IT) on Oracle ERP (Business flow: Order to Cash) and Oracle CRM Post Sales (Business flows: "Call to Resolution", "Click to Resolution", and "Contracts to Renewal"). He has about 6 years of Marketing domain experience in manufacturing industry and has Functional strength in Order to Cash and CRM Post Sales modules of Oracle Applications (11i). He has hands on experience in Maintenance and Support functions and is functionally proficient and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Has good team leadership skills and invariably meets client expectations.
He was working with Zensar Technologies Limited as a Team Leader, and was handling a Fujitsu customer in UK and the project included Support and Maintenance and Small Enhancements at offshore. His team was a mix of Microsoft technologies and Oracle expertise. Additionally, he is also played the role of a Project Manager for the assigned Project with Zensar Technologies.
Currently, he is working with USJade Software Ltd. Pune, as a Team Leader and is responsible for the Support and Development activities to one of its customer in the US. He leads a team of 08 resources from offshore.
