Job responsibilities:
- Set up of a spice quality analysis laboratory for analysis of K-Pra spices
- Routine quality analysis of products as well as raw material.
- Setting of company standards for all products as well as all raw materials
- Working on set up of a new plant for capacity expansion of existing unit.
- working on preparation of detailed project report for modern plant.
- Preparation of laboratory and quality manuals for new plant
- Working on documentation for ISO 9001 and HACCP.

- Production planning and achievement as per market demands..
- Follow up the performance of production supervisor and quality controller.
- Effective utilization of factory resources such as manpower, fuel, electricity, water, raw material and packing material in order to minimize the cost of production.
- Maintaining reorder level of raw and packaging material for continuous production.
- Training of unit employees for ISO and HACCP so as to get work done as per the standards.
