1. ICD/ CFS MANAGEMENT : GPS/ RF ON ARM

Overview:
This project deals with managing shipping containers in an ICD/ CFS. A smart GPS tag ATR0601 captures the coordinates and serially communicates with ATR0621P having ARM7TDMI core with RTOS. The geographical GPS coordinates are computed for locating the tag with the container ID. The RF transceiver ATR2406 receives this data from the processor for a transmission using FSK modulation to base station. The data received by ATR2406 transceiver is processed again by AT91FR4081 and is then passed serially via RS232 which can further be integrated with various enterprise applications.
Role and Responsibilities:
Developing a firmware for the Transmitter module for transmitting the GPS coordinates along with a customized referral code.
Unit Testing.
Extracting the necessary GPS data and using data as inputs for various other tasks.

2. RF/ IR BASED PORT CONTROL

Client : ALFACT GAMING, Singapore.
Platform : C on windows using Keil IDE.
Team Size : 4.
Duration : 6 months
Overview:

The project has two distinct operational systems. At a preset time delay system, a signal is sent to the receiver RLP434A from the transmitter TLP434A using RF communication which is interfaced with AT89C51. In the IR intersection system, the communication is between two specific IR transmitter TX-IRHS at the stationary port and IR receiver TSOP7000 at the mobile ports. The IR intersection triggers an incremental counter on intersection at the standard range affected through a serial communication system. On attaining the Preset counter value, the AT89C51 triggers an interrupt through RF transmitter TLP434A in stationary port to RF receiver RLP434A in mobile port, which switches off the power and initializes the counter for the next process.

Role and Responsibilities:

Developing the firmware for different functionalities, such as interfacing encoders, decoders.
Unit Testing.
