Manual checking of links present on website of publisher whether the links are connecting to correct report or not.
Expertise in Bench marking and stress of real time application.
Update the dashboard of MPS Insight on a regular basis through SQL queries.
Expertise in QA of documentation and release management, conducting sanity tests.
Leading the Cross Training Schedule on behalf of the process
Taking care of the Training Sessions for both new joining and tenure members (according to the requirement of the process)
Mentoring the productivity and performance of Each team member
Preparing & compiling various weekly/ monthly reports pertaining to process and productivity.
Preparation and updating of SOP, training documentation, process manuals, issue logs and process flow.
Coordination and involvement with other departments, as needed for the project implementation.
