Role: Supported in the retail petroleum project plan for Petroleum retail business & Aviation Fuelling Station (AFS) SAP R/ 3 SD support for : Manual to Automation Retail Outlet Ordering Third party billing & orders for non-fuel items at Retail Outlets, Processes maintaining stocks, sales, replenishment orders, inter-company billing, monitoring Tank Truck transportation from depot to outlets, entering of current stock levels with the help of real-time auto gauging systems.

Responsibilities:
Post Implementation support and defects solutions for various application areas of SD
Enhancement and modification of Enterprise Structure in Sales.
Giving support for SD, SD MM integrations, SD FI integration.
Studying of minor as well as major change requests.
Analyzing the problem from the user and giving them real time instant support.
Understanding business processes & handling the user level module management of SD with various functionalities, broadly creation & assignment of Master Data.
Working with Sale Documents.
Maintenance & Control of Sales Process, Stock availability, Item & schedule line categories, Document Flow.
Configuration of pricing procedures, Delivery processing, Billing Types, Basic Shipping functions.
Documenting IMG activities.
Analyzing Tickets & providing satisfactory resolution within time frame.
