Team: Technical Integrity Interconnect Billing
1. Analyzing the bilateral contract between 2 carriers and updating the clauses and rates in database which is used by the interconnect billing system for accounting and settlements.
2. Preparation call flow Reconciliation sheet between mediation system (IME) and interconnect billing system (SSBS).
3. Analyzing the daily and monthly traffic flow of international and national CDRs to identify abnormalities and to avoid revenue leakage.
4. Rating and Billing of National Interconnect CDRs on a monthly basis and generation of MOU reports for Traffic analysis.
5. Developing of mediation level logic for identifying duplicate calls getting into the billing system and investigation of the duplicate call volume and value for assurance of revenue.
6. Updating the hubbing rate offers from the far-end carriers in the database and generating agreement statement which would be used for least cost routing and rating the sent traffic.
7. Developing logics for archival of Non-answered CDR's and inter machine trunks CDR's.
8. Analyzing and suspense clearance of VOIP traffic from intermediate mediation system to ensure traffic is send to the billing system before every bill cycle.
