Responsibilities :-
Priorities :
Compose, draft and abstract letters.
Process replies on own initiative or from bosses' dictation or notes.
Keep the projects on schedule.
Arrange essential mail in priority action order for boss.
Maintain calendar; ascertain which events require boss's presence.
Fix commitments to maximize boss's time efficiency.
Provide back-up data as needed.
Handle all inquiries within my capacity.
Arrange "callbacks" to protect boss's time.
Route calls elsewhere as needed.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails;
Contacting potential customers to prospect for new buisness;
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
Gathering market and customer information;
Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers;
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders;
Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock;
Sending payment reminder and dispatch details mails to the customers.
Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office;
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
Contact to the given data and approaching them for our products.
Sending promotional mails and smss on regular bases to the new given data and also to the regular customers.

Meeting Arrangement
All arrangements of meeting in conference room including, snacks, lunch, presentation equipments
Co-ordination with Hyatt employees for booking of rooms for the outsiders who came to join the meetings.
Maintain calendar; ascertain which events require boss's presence.
Fix commitments to maximize boss's time efficiency.
Prepare agenda in advance.
Arrange meeting facilities.
