Sales Back Office operations

1. Provides operational support to sales associates and managers in their revenue generation activities.
2. Responsible for administrating new initiatives and business processes/ opportunities which involves coordination between the sales team and other department such as, Product Management, Support & Services, etc.
3. Responsibilities of sales process support (orders, escalations, resources); sales reports and analysis (budget, results, etc. ); and revenue recognition support (reporting, etc. ).
4. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems, with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria.
5. Preparation of Funnel Report

Project Co-ordination

1. Project Co-ordination from the beginning up till the completion of the project
2. Co-ordination for ERP Entry, Inter/ Intra Department Co-ordination for Purchase Status, Delivery Status, and Payment Process.
3. Maintaining of records of the project as per ISO rules.
4. Handling of GEB activities related to Order and Payment.
5. Preparation of Correspondence/ Communication required for the Project
6. Handling of all operations of Rajasthan Branch having team size of 30 engineers
7. Co-ordination with end user/ customer for Project Reports, Payment, Installation etc related to project.

Administrative Activities

1. Correspondence/ Communication with all the employees and with all the customers across the India for Project execution and Payment Process.
2. Co-ordination with vendor for prices of the product, giving quotation to customer and entire process of sales after getting order.
3. Preparation of data/ Report for Sales Analysis, Payment Analysis, Funnel/ Expected Business, MIS Reports to be presented in BOD meeting as well as for external meetings.
4. General Administration of the department and Responsibility for all Back office Transaction.
5. HR related activities like scrutinizing resumes, taking interviews, giving training to the new candidates etc.
6. To take report of Field Executives and Back office staff and their submission to HOD regarding their daily activities
7. To Handle ISO related activities of Marketing Department, Preparation of Sales Reports/ other Reports required as per ISO norms.
8. Responsible for ISO external Audit Responsible to sort out departmental NCs if any
