Job Profile
Responsible for rolling out quality calendar training programs for 10, 000 associates
Generate MIS reports, validate data and present to management and Leaders in Periodically or situational
Rolling out competency development programs based on the roles and designation for business units
Creating Promotion mailer for the trainings
Promoting the program through mail, Learning management tool and all effective & innovative manner to the Business Unit within the organization.
Gathering vendor details and find out the best vendor and negotiation
End to end responsibility for Invoice Processing
Preparing Instructional design along with Subject Mater Expertise (SME) and implement in Business Unit with the knowledge of leaders.
Analyzing the issues for delivering the program and provide new process delivery whenever it require

Collaborate with Network and Systems and Corporate services for training logistics
Manage the Learning Management System to capture learning and trigger feedback

Operations

Booking conference room, getting approvals from the respective leaders
Gathering requirements from External or internal customers or associates

Other Responsibility

1) Infrastructure

Single point of contact (SPOC) for all training Labs and halls at Chennai which is under my unit circle
Maintaining dashboard and releasingproviding training labs in appropriate way to the BUs requirement to avoid external cost and ensure money saving to the Organization
Maintaining all the systems configuration and infrastructure details of all labs and halls which is comes under my circle at Chennai

2) External Training

Single point of Contact (SPOC) for arranging external training for Chennai based associates for unit request

Finding out the good training and infrastructure providers (external vendor)
Gathering the details and the rate of the training based on the global market
Negotiation with vendors
End to end responsibility of Invoice and Payment Process
Direct Single point of contact for all Operational works related with coordination with Vendorexternal customers
Ensure the successful completion of the training at External Locations
