Chief Responsibilities:
Defining Organizational Units, Master Data creation for G/ L accounts which includes Chart of Accounts, Accounts Groups, Field Status Variants and Open item & Account Clearing
Designing of Accounts Groups for Customers/ Vendors, customizing Masters Records, special GL transactions, Payments terms, and down payments & over payments, configuration of Automatic Payment program (cheques), and Dunning programs.
Defining Chart of depreciation, Asset class, Asset Master, Depreciation keys, Tax Codes for Sale and Purchase of Assets Creation and Integration with G/ L Accounts such as Accumulated Depreciation and Sale of Assets etc.
Defining financial statement version, reports using financial information system.
Taxation Procedure, which includes Input/ Output Taxes and Extended Withholding Taxes (EWT).
SAP Project/ Implementation activities.
