1. Maintaining & Troubleshooting Network related issues.

2. Troubleshooting issues on Client-based VPN & Site-to-Site VPN.

3. Maintenance of Project based Network Devices like Routers, Switches and PIX Firewalls.

4. Monitoring Bandwidth of two Internet links using PRTG Traffic Grapher Software.
5. Observe packet history of application and database servers using ping plotter software.

6. System Administration: Access permissions for share folders for new users, editing host file to access project based applications for new users, Troubleshoot printer related issues, Troubleshooting of Outlook issues.
