1. Consolidation of Compensation Applications
This project consolidates the compensation applications Salary Focal (Global Focal), Stock Focal (Option Allocation Systems) and Bonus Focal (Key Contributor Plan).
This enables a Single sign-on protocol to authenticate the user for access to the Consolidation of Compensation Applications (CCA).
Once the users my. seagate login has been authenticated, each of the compensation applications (Salary Focal, Stock Focal, Bonus Focal) perform their specific user validation to determine which, if any, of the compensation applications the user may access. The buttons corresponding to different applications and appropriate functionalities like Admin, Proxy and Delegate in the application are dynamically displayed as per the privileges the user has on the specific application.
The user is allowed to toggle between applications book marking the last visited page in every application.
Also to create unit test cases and all related documentations pertained to the Project

2. Enhancement Bonus Focal

Enhancements to the Bonus Focal System application include:
Allow directors access to the Bonus Focal System application as users when there are bonus eligible employees in their organization.
Addition of a separate Executive bonus pool in order to administer Executive bonus program at the same time as Non-executive bonus program using this Bonus Focal System application. Executive and Non-executive bonus pools will be tracked separately throughout application processing.
The bonus pool calculation formula will change slightly in order to calculate a Non-executive bonus pool amount, as well as an Executive bonus pool amount.
Bonus target limits will be enforced during Bonus Calculation process.
Proposed Bonus limits will be enforced on Bonus Distribution screens.
Enable display of eligible participants who are not able to receive a bonus due to performance rating.
Allow a bonus allocation for CEO to be administered through the system.
Modifications to the Bonus Focal Distribution screens.
Enable entry of Proposed Bonus amounts by director levels.
Comment out the display of previous bonus data.
Create a new screen for entry of Auxiliary Pool amounts, apart from the KCP Pool Override screens. Enable the entry of Auxiliary Pool amounts at VP level.
Also to create unit test cases and all related documentations pertained to the Project.
Admin enhancements.
1. Link a Bonus Focal System cycle to a Comp Admin cycle.
2. Addition of an Admin function to reject a Bonus Focal System submit status by GID (Global ID). All existing reject processing will be performed for the specified GID (Global ID).
3. Copy delegate rows from previous cycle when a new KCP cycle is created.

3. Enhancement Salary Focal
Enhancements to the Salary Focal System application include:
To add recommended bonus data from the Bonus Focal application and recommended stock data from the Stock focal application to Salary focal report when a user tries to generate a Salary report. This will enable the Salary focal report to serve as a Salary focal summary encompassing all three focal activities salary, bonus, and stock.
To add Approved Bonus amount data from the Bonus Focal application in the Salary Focal Notification Letter depending on the employees Key Contributor Performance Bonus or Executive Performance Bonus eligible status, The Stock section will only be included in the letter if the print option parameter has been set to TRUE.
To implement a variable opening paragraph for the Focal Notification Letter based on whether or not the employee received a salary action.
