Description: Small Dia Coating Plant is a plant, which is used to remove the rust of the pipes, and then it is transferred to other section with the help of conveyors for the process of coating. This project involved the 90-30 GE FANUC PLCS as a MASTER and SSD Drives (AC & DC) as a SLAVE for the operation of the machine with its equipments, and SCADA for the representation of the whole process on a Touch Screen. The communication with PLCS, DRIVES and the equipments is through Profibus, which is used to transfer the signals or commands for the operation of the equipments.
