Description

CCS is a system where the customers claim details are checked and sent for further processing of their claims. Details captured are based on the claims such as damages, cause of Accident and who is at fault. These informations are stored at the database and retrieved for further processing. Claim form will be received as the scan copy where the informations are retrieved from the main server. Once the details are captured, system will verify the claims history whether the particular customer has made any claims on the same. Claimant amount is checked with the past record and the system will through the relevant information whether he is eligible for claim or not. All the customers details are entered in this system along with all their claims made.

Synopsis

Clarify is a system through which the customer details can be retrieved. Details like personal details, billing, handset and etc. Customer bill details are retrieved from the billing server as per the request sent and are displayed in the front end through Clarify. Different options are set to retrieve the bill details as per the request. Depending upon the tariff plan chosen by the customer along with any special request is to be displayed correctly and the bill has to get generated properly.
