Recruitment: Depth knowledge of recruitment cycle. Understand the Job requirement and sourcing the best-fit resume against the job requirement. Handling First round of HR interview in order to judge the candidate suitability, Professional Experience and Qualification, Communication skills and Projects. Coordinating the various rounds of meeting, and final interviews
HR Function: Issuance of HR related letters like (Letter of Intent, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Promotion Letter, Probation letter, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter, Warning Letter, Legal letter, other joining formalities and Exit interviews). Negotiation in terms of Compensation benefits. Releasing advertisements for Recruitment and placement purposes. Maintaining monthly records of attendance and leave of the employees, Handling Performance Management Systems and taking care of the day to day Administrative work.
Personnel: PF Preparation and Submission of PF Challans and Periodical Returns. Processing of PF slips and Nomination of new joinees. PF settlement of Employees.
ESIC: Preparation and Submission of ESIC Challans and Returns. Coordinating in getting aid and other benefits to employees from ESIC. Dealing and Coordinating ESI authorities.
Salary and Wages: Preparation of monthly salary and Calculating and preparing wages. Calculations of arrears. Calculations of Full and Final Settlement and other miscellaneous activities.
